Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE for all purchases shipped within the US. Pre-created floral arrangements and items found in the online store are shipped within 2-5 business days. Custom arrangement shipping dates are coordinated with the customer at time of purchase.

No International purchases are currently offered.

We use UPS and USPS to get our products to your door. Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order. 

Most orders are shipped the same day. Once you place your order, we promise to process all items that are in stock within 1 to 2 business days.  Any order placed over the weekend will be processed Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).

Matias Flowers ships to all states in the U.S and shipping costs are free within United States.

Refund policy

For items damaged in shipping or during the print process, please send a digital picture of the damaged item to [email protected]. Your item will be reviewed within 48 business hours.

Upon review and company agreement to replace, your item will be replaced (at no cost to you) or refunded at your request. All replacement/refund requests must be done within 30 days of receiving the item.

As most items are “print on demand”, there will be slight variations in print quality between like items. This normal variation is not considered to be a damaged item.

All other non-damaged sales are final.
